Sub-processors
CacheCrawler uses a small number of other companies to deliver the service. Under GDPR Art. 28 these are our sub-processors, and this page names every one: what it does, what it receives, where it is, and on what basis any data leaves the EU/EEA.
1. Current sub-processors
Webkonsulenterne A/S is the data processor for everything you put into CacheCrawler. The companies below process some of that data on our behalf, under written agreements, and only to deliver the service.

2. Not sub-processors — what we fetch on your instruction
CacheCrawler fetches the pages of the sites you ask us to watch. Those sites are not sub-processors: they are the subject of the service, and we act on your instruction when we request them.
Your CDN — Cloudflare, or whoever else serves your site — answers those requests. Where that is Cloudflare, it is acting under your own agreement with them, not ours. We record what your server sent back, and the response headers we store are the product itself.
We fetch publicly reachable pages only. We do not log in, we do not submit forms, and we never see anything behind a login.
3. What we do not use
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing from Google, Meta or any similar service, and no marketing cookies.
This is worth stating outright: it is the reason the list above is as short as it is.
4. Change notifications
We give at least 30 days' advance notice before a new sub-processor starts processing your data, or before an existing one changes materially. Notice goes to the account owner by email, and this page is updated at the same time.
If you object to a new sub-processor, write to us at the address below. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may end your subscription without penalty within 30 days of the notice, and we will refund the unused part of any period already paid for.
5. Data processing agreement
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 is available on request and is signed as part of onboarding for customers who need one. It authorises the sub-processors on this page and binds us to the notification procedure in section 4.
Our privacy policy describes what we store and for how long.
